Site and Transport Classification
We have one of the most robust classification systems in the logistics industry allowing us to consistently deliver Operational Excellence across the world. We operate to the Veritas Bureau: ISO Quality Standard 9001:2008.
This ensures we define and codify operational standards and then go on to measure our warehouse sites’ & transport operation against those standards and set improvement goals. Assessments are held at a minimum six month intervals and we make all operational attainments fully visible as we challenge our own teams to constantly improve. Every CEVA site is classified into one of four categories – Developing, Basic, Advanced and Showcase.
